The hotel met what was needed, I would stay here again. The place was clean and unique, had extremely helpful and excellant staff during the first night's happy hour by a male staff member. The double room I were given had a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning;))

Ideal hotel with excellent staff during the first night's happy hour by a male staff member and extremely spacious and huge rooms. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with many options. Fantastic and magnificent location - minutes from a bus stop. Good restaurant just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

I appreciated the room — it was reasonably spacious and huge with free wine as well as shower.
Breakfast, it was underwhelming, could definitely be improved.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops and sites and main attractions such as the Kenrokuen gardens. Went to Bistro Chalet for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the property. The breakfast offered was varied with many nice options to choose from.

Accommodation was huge and ideal with well-mannered staff during the first night's happy hour by a male staff member. The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned. I liked that they had a private safe, climate control, and an electronic key card.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary perks offered at this hotel. The free sparkling wine for breakfast and the availability of coffee and juice throughout the day were delightful. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city of Kanazawa. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the Wi-Fi and foreign TV channels were a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a superb stay in Kanazawa.

Location: the hotel was next to Kanazawa's castle, where most touristic attractions are, many restaurants & shops, and main attractions such as the Kenrokuen gardens, the castle, Oyama shrine, Omicho market. Last time we stopped we had a bright, spotless room with 2 beds. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was varied and tasteful.
